Well, we probably won't make it all the way to Christmas if the zombies have anything to say about it, but I figure we can at least celebrate for a solid 27 days.
Oh no, what if this year Santa is Evil Robot Santa and he's gonna blow up the world?! Guess we can all learn to sing a new Christmas carol:

Oh just what I always wanted! Half my old Atari joysticks are broken like that. Yes I have an Atari. Two, actually. They still work.

The lottery has been disabled for a while, but it will be re-enabled in a week or two so people can take a stab at winning a Christmas fortune!
Credits are used to /buy stuff, purchase lotto tickets, and some other things. If you purchase a shop to become a shop owner, you can sell stuff. It's all part of the RP system in the mod.

Came across 2 free games today just in time for christmas and the end of the world, ofc.
First one is Metro 2033 which you can download on Steam for free until the 16th by "liking" the offical page on Facebook and following the instructions.
Second one is a classic. Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition. You have until friday to download it.

Merry Christmas everyone! Anyone get any good loot?
My family does a little RC gag gift each year and this year the helicopters we got actually flew amazingly well. They had built in gyro's and everything. You can actually control the things, we were flying them around all day. Only bad part is the battery only gives you 15 minutes or so of flight time before you have to recharge it.

That sounds interesting! I think I had one of those RC helicopter things as a kid, but it never flew...once 
I got a nice jacket (I only ever get designer/fancy brand-name clothing on Christmas and birthdays because, I mean, I generally don't support the bastards ), so that was cool. I also got a good amount of money How about you, Wonkster?

What, the awesome RC chopper wasn't enough? It takes the cake, really. I have to wait to try out this solar charger I got for my iPhone and iPad, what with it being dark outside and all. It's supposed to hold a charge for a year and fill up a phone 3 times or my iPad at least partially. Sounds like it'll come in very handy 
I've run out of juice a few times when I wasn't home and a battery pack like this would have been handy to have around.

I have two bows myself, an old long bow and a compound bow. I haven't gotten to shoot them in years though. Was looking for a new range recently but there's nothing local anymore. The one in my town shut down and the rest are these super fancy members only stupid club things.

I think they taught us archery in middle school gym class, and I sucked ass at it...
I don't imagine myself being patient enough to get into that at all. But hey, you could be like Daryl from The Walking Dead, the guy with the crossbow, and be totally badass when the apocalypse finally comes!

It's really not that hard if you have a decent bow. They probably gave you cheap plastic crappy ones or something? Or did they teach you on legit bows?
