So basically, to compensate for the whole ordeal, they're offering 2 free PS3 and/or PSP games out of the list in the link.

I don't have a PSP so no need for me to worry about that. Out of the PS3 games, I already have Infamous, and I am definitely getting LittleBigPlanet.

So the other two I must choose from are Dead Nation and Wipeout HD + Fury.

I'm thinking of getting Wipeout b/c my friend has it, and he said it's pretty cool. What do you guys think?

I would prefer my two games to be LittleBigPlanet and Ratchet and Clank: Quest for Booty, but Ratchet is EU only. I think other parts of the world get other offerings as well.

Nah, you just download it when PSN is back online I think. You have to give them all the "datas" just to download demos, more content, etc., even if it's free. I've only bought about 2 or maybe 3 things from the PSN anyways because I don't want to keep giving the mouse cookies, you know. I've changed my passwords and everything so I'm good.
