Hunk_Alloc?

I was playing on Wonko's server today and a vote for innercity passed but it said Hunk_alloc failed on 11903. Any help guys?

sorry I asked wonko to add inner city. you need to do /set com_hunkmegs 128
The number depends on your RAM

oh one more thing, do the command on a DS-online mod, and experiment with different numbers. try : /set com_hunkmegs 128 first then 256, then 64. if those don't work keep trying!

You got anything for the jedicouncilgc map for me ice? when i cant go on it says Bad Initial numbers or something like that.

Over in the downloads thread I've written up the easiest way to set your hunkmegs to 128mb without editing your config files manually. 128mb should be more than enough to run any map, but if you have a dated computer that doesn't have much ram (512mb or less) then be careful about increasing this number. :!: It might slow down your computer like crazy by causing jk2 to take up even more of your already sparse memory.

Here's what I wrote in the downloads thread:

Bananas are hunks. And they allocate randomness by riding Green llamas. Id say that smiley is very relevant.

But it's the randomness problem that we're trying to solve here, is it not? So allocating randomness is not, then, a desired result. Therefore, green llamas must die.
