The sound file is called yavin_final or something. What more do you want? Nobody has a clue.

Ugh...Fine. Each level has several different tracks that play at certain times during the level. For example, when heading the very first level, the music is all calm and stuff. Then when you attack the stormies, action packed typical Star Wars music cues in. When over, it returns to the other one.
Each track can be found in the Gamedata/base folder (if you bothered to even look there.)

Your JK2 folder/Gamedata/base -> open assets0.pk3 with WinRaR.
-> assets0/music/yavin_final
Normal music: yavfinal_explore.mp3
Action: yavfinal_action.mp3
There are also a few other sounds.
