Exafloop is roughly the speed the human brain can run at.

I'm no expert, but as I understand it a brain's "advantage" compared to a classical computer is how parallel and web-like it is, making a direct comparison rather spurious.
Can't wait for dat realism in my video games though.

That game Watch Dogs looks pretty realistic.
Faster processing power is certainly something we're headed toward. Cell phone folk are trying to make their processors as small as possible but with a punch. Faster processing power makes things like genome sequencing quicker and less costly.
