Re: Animated Skyboxes
... woah.
And I mean that like Neo when he says "Woah":
Nowait, that's not Neo. But it still works anyway!
So the video says 1.02, does that work for 1.04 also??

Re: Animated Skyboxes
Yea I tried it on 1.04 and it works
Of course the bottom of the skybox looks weird but the modders already said that can't be fixed

Re: Animated Skyboxes
Lol just a shader :p you even could put the lava shader from the game on it. Not that hard. Although it does look fancy.
Re: Animated Skyboxes
Yea it's funny how the little things can make the game look better.

Re: Animated Skyboxes
Hm... so if that's just a shader, is it possible to set that up as a serverside map mod, chief?
I believe shaders are one of the things that servers can tell clients to just use without needing a client mod, as long as the shader is somewhere in the assets pk3 files.

Not quite sure about that really.
If the gameEngine loads shaders from the server it could be possible. But I thought this was calculated clientside. Considering you can change it with video settings.
