Wow, this looks so cool. Imagine just walking up to a civilian, pointing a gun at them, and watching their actor-portrayed facial expressions light up before you pull the trigger, bringing them to their untimely demise. They (Rockstar) clearly have ten-bazillion cameras that capture all the actor people and make computerized models of them, which are supposed to have intricate motion capture.

The videos explain it pretty well...there's more on youtube. Thumbs Up

If you've played Red Dead Redemption, you'll probably notice the similarities, but this game seems more kickass. Eating

Probably the closest thing to photorealism so far... I just hope the fps doesn't suffer and they sync the voices with the characters' conversations properly, because it looked like it was off by a few in that first video. Crazy

I don't know...what do you guys think? scratch

Yeah, this looks incredible. It's definitely a game I want to check out-- it really appeals to me as a type of cinema.

I dunno this looks kinda boring to me. Plus I'm sick of rockstar games @ this stage. Prob cause I played gta4 & rdr too much lol.

Maybe that explains my interest. I have not been a huge rockstar fan, though I never played RDR.

Yeah, besides the facial-animation technology, this is virtually identical to RDR. I loved that game though. However, the whole detective, figure-out-if-they're-lying-or-not thing sounds pretty kickass. This game isn't getting much press though tongue

Well, with your fake video card, Ice, all their expressions will end up rendering like this:

La Noire Realma10

I said it before, integrated graphics suck. You need a dedicated video card for this type of stuff.

Enslaved is epic win. Great gameplay, awesome story & has some of the best voice acting and facial expressions ever.

I'm def gonna pick up bulletstorm too.

It may seem similiar...but I can garunatee (correct me i am no expert on spelling XD) that Rockstar will do this and shine with gold...and make sure we have plenty of time to kick ass no matter the time period or local. Cookie Monster :cookie:
