New jk2 dueling league (this one will work)
I contacted igl about setting this up. I'm the only one ranked and registered right now so I get to start out as first for now, but as more people play and register that will change.
Here's how it works. People challenge and play to 10. The loser reports to the website a loss to the person. You only go up if you play players ranked higher than yourself, but people above you are supposed to accept matches from anyone who challenges.
So if you are ranked 30th, and you defeat a person ranked 10th, then your new rank will be an average of the two (essentially you move up half the distance between the ranks.) The the 30th person would now be ranked 20th. You don't lose spots for losing a match ever, but the way you go down is by people passing you by.

It's a ladder ranking system. It's ongoing.
I prefer it to stats system like darkside and GR, etc.
We had one in jk1, and once it reached critical mass of people sign up, it was extremely fun
