Isnt a modeler a Skinner only adjusting the Width and Height of the skin?

My definition of skinning and modelling dumbed down for idiots:

Skin: Images used to make Kyle's beard.
.skin file places it where it's supposed to be according to UVW Map (<- Can't be put any other way so screw you.)

Model: is Kyle.

I think I got it finally in milkshape. I was trying a couple diff programs and some other weird attempts.

The problem is that when you generate a .gc file in milkshape, it's properties are wrong so you have to open notepad and do it all by hand.

I never got blender 3d to work though.

How were you going to do it Sidious?
