Courtyard (Spawn Point) for the School Of Cake

Alright everyone. I need some people to make an outside area/courtyard/quad area for the spawn point in the school of cake. Once we vote on who's is the best, I'll add details and such.

1. Make it big.
2. I dont care what textures, just make sure to use the ones in this download.
3. Make a pond/lake with a small bridge over it.
4. Sidewalks, benches, belltower in the middle.
5. A good daytime skybox. (Do not use bespin)

Do we have to use the ones in the .pk3? I was tempted to start something, but after looking at those textures I'm pretty uninspired. What if we can provide our own textures?
