It's running the latest 1.7.9 version. I play pretty regularly so I might see you if you do stop in.

I've also been toying with the idea again of trying out TOR. I downloaded it a long time ago but never logged in to try it 'cause I was waiting for Kai.

I was thinking of trying that Wildstar thing since it just went Open Beta.

Is TOR any good? I haven't really heard anything but bad news about it myself.

All I keep hearing about TOR is that it's only like KotOR in the very beginning. After that, everyone says it just becomes World of Warcraft. But it's free, so if I only get a week or two of fun out of it before it turns into a not-so-fun-anymore game, so what? That's my thinking for a little while anyway until I end up deciding not to waste my time and the game files continue to just sit taking up enormous amounts of space on my hard drive. Neutral

Any idea how big the download is? I have bad speeds and would rather use it on something that I'd play for a long time if it's a large size.

I wouldn't mind trying out TOR except my monthly download limit is so damn small. No unlimited broadband for me lol.

Just wondering if anyone else has checked out Blade Symphony? It's not free though is the only thing. I want to get back into it sometime. The dueling is a lot of fun and it reminds me of the good 'ol duel servers on jk2.

TOR is huge, almost unbelievably gigantic. It's taking up 27GB on my hard drive  Shocked It took forever to download all that. Not the kind of game you can download if you have a bandwidth cap.

I haven't checked out Blade Symphony... I'm still holding out hope that the new Star Wars games coming out soon will be a hit and make them re-consider the Jedi Knight series. Maybe "under new management" will be a good thing?

Why the hell is it so big?  I have Skyrim, and I don't even think it's a fraction as big as that.  I'll download it later--remind me, Wonk.

Every line of dialogue is fully voiced just like KotOR, that's the only thing I can think of that could possibly take up that much space. But even then, KotOR2 is only 5.5gb so I have no idea really Neutral
